Friends Reunion Rumor: Debunked by Co-Creator

While TV fans wrap their heads around the fact that Heroes may actually be revived by MSN, Marta Kauffman has come out and debunked a rumor that randomly hit the Internet yesterday:

There will be no Friends reunion.

"I'm going to clear this up - it's not happening!" the co-creator said in response to talk that NBC would air at least one new season of the sitcom.

As for a Friends movie? Sorry, it won't be there for you, either.

"Friends was about that time in your life when your friends are your family and once you have a family, there's no need anymore," Kauffman said.
