Look out, Nick. Taye Diggs is coming for your woman.

Following a New Girl Season 3 premiere that made it clear Jess and Nick are "all in" on their relationship, The Hollywood Reporter confirms that a very handsome obstacle is on the way:

Diggs will portray a "smooth and confident ladies man" named Artie on Episode 7 this fall, network sources confirm, setting his romantic sights on Jess and causing some major problems for Nick.

The installment will also mark the return of Damon Wayans Jr. as Coach, but heed the words of Lamore Morris, people:

This doesn't mean there will be a Coach and Winston rivalry. There's room for two African-Americans on one sitcom. Or three, with Diggs also coming on board. But the point remains.
