Arrow returns tonight.

But The Hood will be nowhere to be seen.

Indeed, as Stephen Amell explains in the following interview - conducted on the Vancouver set of this CW drama - Oliver will essentially be a "new character" this fall, no longer wanting to be known as "The Hood" and embracing his CEO persona more than ever.
