Nathan Parsons is on his way to Bon Temps.

The actor (General Hospital, Bunheads) will take over for Luke Grimes on True Blood Season 7 after that actor left the series due to creative differences over the direction of his character.

A show source says Grimes was unhappy when he read Season 7 scripts and learned that he would scarcely be working with good friend Deborah Ann Woll (Jessica).

According to a True Blood insider, via Michael Ausiello of TV Line, James will find himself at the center of an unexpected love triangle this year.

HBO is yet to announce a premiere date for the final season of this fun drama.
