Brandi Glanville headed off to Sacramento for her book signing and a family reunion this week. Thankfully, she brought Yolanda along to help smooth things over between she and her estranged dad.

But back in Beverly HIlls, it was nothing but guns and choke holds as The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 4 Episode 12 had Joyce setting up a self defense class for the ladies. Not only did they take to the idea, but Yolanda almost killed the instructor and Brandi landed a punch that broke her hand.

Add to it that Joyce was learing how to use a firearm and dinners at Sur may never be the same.
