The sort of trouble an FBI agent can find himself in when behind bars with criminals he helped put away.

This situation will (understandably) be a major source of concern for Brennan when we meet back up with her this fall, as previewed in our exclusive chat with Emily Deschanel at Comic-Con.

The actress talked about the need to get to the "bottom of the conspiracy" against Booth, while also teasing a dead body on the premiere that will be related to Booth's imprisonment. Watch now:
