Jimmy Kimmel Live has made the dreams of Friends fans everywhere come true.

Kind of. Sort of.

The talk show host invited guest Jennifer Aniston to read some Friends fan fiction with him on last night's show, surprising her with a replica of Monica's kitchen on set and asking her to wear the iconic Rachel wig.

Aniston refused, but she did agree to reprise her beloved role from that sitcom, with Kimmel serving as Ross and... hey, that's Courteney Cox stopping by as Monica! And Lisa Kudrow as Phoebe!

Where were Chandler and Joey? Dead, courtesy of Marcel the monkey. Sorry, viewers.

But watch this hilarious segment play out to see how Kimmel pays tribute to the series (celebrating its 20-year premiere anniversary next month) and also pokes some fun at it. Great stuff all around.
