As noted toward the end of the Grey's Anatomy Season 11 premiere, Arizona has a new professional goal: she's interested in the fetal surgery fellowship.

On Grey's Anatomy Season 11 Episode 3, meanwhile, the focus will shift to Callie's occupational aspirations.

As teased in the following photos, Owen will take Callie to the Veterans Hospital and introduce her to a number of wounded warriors there. He hopes that she'll help them recover and/or live close to a regular life again with her robotic limb lab.
