The marriage of Meredith and Derek will take center stage on Grey's Anatomy Season 11 Episode 4.
He's resentful that she sort of forced him to stay in Seattle. She's mad that he made that decision and now is taking out his frustrations on her.
Meanwhile, Meredith is dealing with Maggie's half-sister bombshell and will spend a bulk of Thursday's new installment looking at old home videos and reading her mother's journals.
Still, even with all these personal crises taking place at home, there will still be a job to do at Grey-Sloan Memorial. And, for Meredith, that job will center on her dealing with an unusual patient.
