Lisa Vanderpump and her family are prepared to rule Bravo once again in a few weeks.

Bravo has released the first extended trailer for Vanderpump Rules Season 3, the spinoff that centers on former the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast members and the staff at her upscale West Hollywood lounge, SUR.

• Stassi is back. So much for that move to New York, huh?
• Kristen Doute is still pining over Tom Sandoval for some reason.
• Jax Taylor is still sleeping around and getting into fights and generally acting as Jax Taylor.
• Scheana Marie is getting married!
• Lisa is opening up a new lounge called PUMP.
• Pretty much everyone is fighting with everyone.
