Person of Interest is set to resurrect a fan favorite from the dead.
Sort of.
According to TV Guide, Taraji P. Henson will reprise her role as Detective Joss Carter on an upcoming Person of Interest Season 4 episode…
... even though the police officer was killed last year due to her investigation into corrupt cop organization.
Carter will appear via flashbacks on an installment that finds Reese going solo on a dangerously personal mission to solve a cold homicide case Carter was never able to close.
Henson, of course, has gone on to steal every scene she’s in on Fox’s smash hit Empire.
She will also host Saturday Night Live next week. Life post-Person of Interest has served the actress very well.
