Archie Panjabi is about to trade in her boots for a badge.
The former The Good Wife star has booked a guest-starring role on Brooklyn Nine-Nine, according to TV Line sources.
The actress will appear on the second episode of Season 3 (scheduled to air on October 4) as Lieutenant Knox, a police officer who has her romantic sights set on Joe Lo Truglio’s Detective Boyle.
It should be interesting to see Panjabi show off her comedic side after scarcely smiling for six seasons on The Good Wife.
Brooklyn Nine-Nine returns with new episodes on Sunday, September 27 at 8:30/7:30c.
