Sonja Morgan showed off her new fashion line and a couple of nipples in The Real Housewives of New York City Season 7 Episode 18. We recap the chaos behind the scenes in our +/- review.
Sonja’s fashion line finally hit the runway. Plus 50…but not before we saw a whole lot of drama.
It was a fashion show years in the making, yet when Heather asked Sonja’s CEO, VP, and Creative Director where they felt the line should be placed in a department store, they spewed nothing but convoluted bull about not being near anyone because they had no competition. Minus 33. Do they expect their own floor?
The chaos behind the runway came as no surprise. We expect nothing less from Sonja and her band of unpaid interns. Sonja ran around writing up signs for chairs and screeching about who had the wrong hair. We’re a little surprised she didn’t loose a tooth in the melee.
Eventually the models went out…after a long, long, extra long wait. At least the Champagne kept flowing to keep everyone happy. Plus 25.
One of the funnier moments was when LuAnn’s legs were too long for the aisle, and she was asked to move them, which prompted this The Real Housewives of New York City quote…
Bethenny: What's the matter?
LuAnn: They asked me to uncross my legs.
Bethenny: They won't be the first.
But as everyone waited for the models to finally make their way out, Bethenny lit into Ramona. Apparently Ramona was spreading the rumor that Bethenny had cheated on her husband. She told Heather, who was quick to run to Bethenny with the news. It appears Ms. Singer insults more than just cute bartenders. So much for new beginnings. Minus 23.
Ramona was quick to give one of her completely insincere apologies just to get Bethenny off of her back, but Ms. Frankel was having none of it, and it was refreshing to see someone call Ramona out on her bullsh*t. Plus 55.
Bethenny called Ramona’s condescending attitude desperate, nasty, entitled and selfish. We couldn’t have said it better.
Now we want to know if Ramona really writes that check or returns those dresses.
Speaking of dresses, Sonja actually had some… and much to everyone’s shock they looked nice.
The Empress has clothes and really nice clothes.
