The Big Bang Theory Producer Teases Sheldon Sex Shocker

The big bang is about to be far more than a theory on CBS.
Via the official CBS website, executive producer Steve Molaro says “Shamy is about to get physical, y’all,” clarifying for anyone who cannot read between these sexual lines:
"After over five years of dating, we felt the time was right for Sheldon and Amy to finally consummate their relationship, and we're so excited for the audience to see the journey over the next several episodes," Molaro said in a statement.
Indeed, despite their currently estranged status, Jim Parsons’ Sheldon and Mayim Bialik’s Amy will have sexual intercourse on an episode that taped this week.
It will air on December 17 at 8/7c and, we presume, be the final installment prior to the show's holiday hiatus.
No other storyline details have been revealed, such as just how this deed comes to be done.
But whatever. What else do you need to know right now?
