Colton Haynes will be checking into the freaky hospital on Scream Queens this fall.

Little is known about Scream Queens Season 2, but expect to get a raft of new details over the weekend as San Diego Comic Con rages on. 

What we do know, is that Cathy Munsch will be running a hospital that will somehow find the Chanels out of their asylum and back in the normal world. 

If you recall, they were sent away for murder at the close of Scream Queens Season 1. 

The real killer was Lea Michelle's Hester, but managed to get away with it. 

We know that Hester will appear in some capacity, but it isn't clear whether Cathy will be blackmailing her to work at the hospital. 

It should be interesting to find out just how Cathy gets the hospital. 

Did the university let her go after the string of murders last year?

She wasn't exactly portrayed in the best light. 

Haynes will guest star as a mysterious patient.

Nothing else is known about his character. 

There's every reason to believe that he could be a potential romance for one of the Chanels. 

Ryan Murphy has been ever so secretive about the second season. 

We already know that Taylor Lautner and John Stamos will be part of the next go around. 

Haynes has previously appeared in Teen Wolf and Arrow. 

He will return to Arrow for multiple episodes later this year, but does this mean that a reunion is on the cards for him and Speedy?

We'll need to tune in to find out!
