Lots of 'fun' and 'tension' in this one... I thought the elevator scene with Gibbs & Newbie was funny and handled well. The babe was a good 'red herring' with Tony waxing poetic; hot babe, right!? And Nuprobie says: NOT MY TYPE!! It beat JLC last week, who BTW is one of my favorite actressess... who knew??
What about Abs & Tony? Or is she too much like Tony?
I love Ziva, but haven't cared for ANY of her former loves/lovers... maybe (like Soaps) Gibb's has a son that hasn't been mentioned. Ziva needs someone strong and flexible (like Gibbs). She needs to know where she stands... CI-Ray has no sparks with her, NOR her with him... Sorry the guys a good actor, but not that good!
I've missed Buffy (& SMG). And, I'm in agreement that it looks to continue to be a very good show, if the Pilot is any indication. I got a phone call in the middle of it and couldn't 'pause' so I got a bit 'lost' but by the ending, I could easily 'fill in the blanks'... YAY, SMG; it's good to have ya back on the 'small screen'!!! Now get David B to do a cameo... yum!!!
Kudos to Angie & Sasha for their spot on portraits of Rizzoli & Isles! I, too, love the family scenes; only a mother would say 'you've put on a little weight, Frankie!' Funny... Keep it up and keep it on (the air)!!
What? No comment about Grace & Jack?? Or about Amy's mom & dad 'hitting the sheets' again??? I did enjoy it very much, but I'm 'over' feeling bad for Adrian. I actually liked that Amy & Ricky had discussed Adrian and agreed that Ricky should give Adrian that kiss she needed (to be free of her obsession with him)... and I think that is WHY Omar spoke out that way. And also, I thought that Daniel turned out to be a bit of a 'louse' as it sounded like he 'dumped' his high school girlfriend and then turned around and did so to Grace!!!! Although Grace can be a bit too 'Christian' at times (for me), she didn't deserve that... and so we are full circle to that kiss of Grace and Jack's. Oops, and Ben... that means we'll have all these newbies as part of the mix for next season... very good show!!!!
On another note, I miss Ashley; however, I don't understand a pair of parents that would let their child go off with another child... that needs to be re-examined! And, YES, we are all agreed that George needs to 'grow up' -- and he thinks that something hinky is going on with Anne & Ricky's mom???? Where is his brain???
I'm sorry but Adrian needs to get over HERSELF!!! Ricky is 'torn' because he has so many childhood issues himself; however, he wants a FAMILY... and Amy is sweet to and with him. Grow up, Adrian, study hard and go be the Lawyer you wanted to be (or you said you wanted to be)... and, I could see it coming with Betty & the snarky lawyer, but I don't think she'll let the sleasy lawyer take the Sausage King to the cleaners as he has always been very good and very fair with her! Am looking forward to the proposal... the party sounds 'lame' to me...
I just love R&I; having said that, I want to say that they are always great stories and characters. BUT, I thought it was 'out of character' for Jane to question Korsak about investigating the dad... 'normally' Jane would have been the voice of reason to suggest or start investigating her old partner herself... otherwise, R&I are 'the best'.
I love this show as I can rarely predict what is going to happen... I love Bruce Campbell -- shades of Brisco County Jr -- he's why I first started watching this... and now we've got Sharon Gless (Cagney & Lacey) and the awesome pairing of 'Fi & Michael' --- does it get any better than this?????????????
Ashley has been one of my favorite characters; however, she needs to let herself be a KID and her parents need to act like ADULTS & PARENTS... when are they going to wake up? And letting her go cross-country with another Homeschooler... YIKES!!!
It was great to have 'em all back and together, so to speak... I love Divya and think that her bonding with Hank & Evan provides the 'family support' that she's been shunned from... they're more fun anyway... I liked the fiancee from prior 'seasons' but he was not right for her... keep her looking; and bring back the hunk that someone else mentioned... great show; and Mark is great too!!!
I don't know why, but I just am NOT 'into' this show; although I loved the one lawyer in Raising the Bar; could never figure out why that did not 'make it' for the long-haul?? JMO; glad it is so well thought of; maybe in 're-runs' I'll 'get it'...
It was worth the wait... and the scenes with Ekler's son were very touching and real... keep it up, Jason! I too enjoy and missed the singing, BUT getting the whole office to sing that hymn was AWESOME...
When it was said that HETTY handpicked 'the new gal' I thought that meant that Hetty would come back, if she could... but now, I think that SHE (new gal) might be Hetty's daughter. As for G, I think that he might not actually be Hetty's son, but 'like a son' and she has vowed (to who?) to save him... and Sam is more of the 'glue' of this show and its characters (welcome)!! Hard to believe that we've only had two seasons of this finely tuned and scripted show... thanks Mark (AKA Gibbs)!!!!
