At the refugee camp on the Syrian and Turkish border, a mysterious man arrives but is spotted by the camp's head of communications, who relays the unknown man's arrival to the director of the camp.

The stranger is retrieving a cell phone left behind by Adilah when the two camp aid workers approach him. As the men begin to question him, the unfamiliar man shoots both individuals point-blank in the head.

After arriving at the airport in Paris, Imogen accompanies Adilah as she is reunited with her daughter.

Max meets with Malik in a coffee shop where the U.S. agent informs the French intelligence operative that the case on Adilah has been reopened due to the recent slayings at the refugee camp.

In an abandoned Iraq hospital, two men prep for an ominous plan by giving their lives to retrieve two radioactive cores that are then transported to a military vessel headed for the United States.

Imogen sets up a fake rendevous to throw off the British, French, and American intelligence agencies, knowing they are gathering intel on the two of them through surveillance.

Instead, they meet in a cemetery, where Adilah demands to know who Imogen is and why she is helping her.

Satisfied with Imogen's answer, the two women are then seen at a Parisian lounge before Imogen excuses herself for a cigarette.

After stepping out, it is revealed that Max and Imogen are working together as both individuals need each other's resources to stop whatever plan Adilah has supposedly set into motion.
