Christine - the only thing about Nick going undercover is that we don't know if they needed someone with a military background. If so, Nick is a fresh face (so cons won't recognize him) and he knows the military lingo - as Sam hinted to in 3.04.
As for Andy going, Traci was supposed to go and since it was last minute and they needed to go under right away, if they are posing as a couple, Luke probably wanted someone who Nick knows.
Best episode yet - only thing that would have made it better would have been a McSwarek bedroom scene (but that's just me in my lala land - Sam caressing Andy's back was nice).
Love the fact that Eric is back - and once I heard he was coming back, it narrowed my suspicions as to who died (because based on the interviews before the season started and the fact that Missy denied it so quickly when Ben had mentioned something, alarm bells went off in my head that someone was dying).
Actually, we have two weeks to figure it out - and this wait is going to be really hard!
I love your point about Sam's teasing about getting married, I think he knows that Andy is in the relationship for the long haul and is not interested in just toying with him.
As for Andy and being a Disney fan - I think it is because of her childhood memories, the ones before Claire left and her world turned upside down, were all about princesses and happily ever after.
All in all, great review and I look forward to reading the round table!

I love how we all chose different scenes for the 'favorite' - there were so many good scenes in this episode.
