  1. Season Finale Pregnancy Shocker Ahead ... But Who?!

Eh, if it's even a character from GG, I feel it will be Dorota. Wasn't that alluded to a few weeks back in a spoiler?

Although, a different spoiler is that Chuck does something heinous... If it is being baby daddy to someone other than Blair, I won't be too happy.
  2. Monday's Gossip Girl: What Did You Think?

I actually rather enjoyed the episode-- I didn't find anything particularly off putting, which seems to be rare for me this season.

Rufusisdumb, I definitely agree with the Lily storyline. The summary for this episode on my guide was that Lily finally reveals her secret, but all we got were allusions. I feel that this particular sl has been dragging out for much too long-- since January!

I def agree with SonyEricson too-- I'm loving Serenate right now, but I hope they share more of a sl than the sexcentric.

All in all, pretty good! I'm looking forward to Blair and Jack's battle next week.
  3. Extended Promo: "The Last Days of Disco Stick"

I am just so glad Olivia is finally showing her inner crazyface. Homegirl has been wayyyy too sugary sweet to be believed.

And I completely agree with what everyone else is saying. I actually don't mind Vanessa, but come on. She has been involved in far more storylines so far this season than any other character. The writers have to know that everybody hates her. Why she is the driving force in nearly every episode is beyond me.
  4. Lady Gaga Promo For Monday's Gossip Girl

I adore Lady Gaga, "Bad Romance", and Gossip Girl, so this Monday should be nothing short of amazing.
  5. "The Last Days of Disco Stick" Promo

I'm looking forward to seeing more Nate/Dan bromance. I always get a giggle when Nate finds Dan's cluelessness to be a total fail.
  6. Gossip Girl Spoilers: Threesome Aftermath and an Accident

Becca Bass, so true. The spoilers are getting ridiculously obvious. We all knew who was in the threesome a month ago. Nate as Jenny's escort would have been surprising if I hadn't seen pictures. I enjoy spoilers because they do get the viewer excited, and cause speculation, but when it's laid out for me, it ruins any sort of shock. Oh Gossip Girl camp, when it comes to spoilers, less is more.
  7. Gossip Girl Spoilers: The Return of ... Bart Bass?!

Bart being alive could actually tie in to that sad, sad storyline of the secret society (Clue: the father had a good reason to disappear). Personally, I prefer closure over a sloppy or nonexistent ending to a storyline, but people HATED the Elle/secret society foray with a rabid passion. According to spoilers, Chuck was supposed to find out about Bart's involvement with the secret society last season, so I wouldn't be surprised if this is where the writers are heading.
  8. What Did You Think of This Evening's Gossip Girl?

    Spoiler continued..

    http://www.eonline.com/uberblog/gossip_girl/index.html?franchise=watch_with_kristin

In honor of Halloween, we're dropping this spoilertastic bomb on all you TV lovers:

    * A father who is supposed to be dead is coming back.
    * And it looks like he might be aliiive, baby!

Thanks for the original source, QueenBlair!

In agreement about the physical aspect. They just act like guys who are friends, with no emotional/physical connection... uncool for any couple.
  9. What Did You Think of This Evening's Gossip Girl?

Amen on the Rufus front. I thought he was supposed to be a rock star figure, not a childish candy-supplier. Skipping on a big premier? Someone is giving Grandpa Bass some competition!
  10. What Did You Think of This Evening's Gossip Girl?

I believe Chuck and Josh kissed more than Eric and Jonathan, if that says anything. Judging by the number of people who stated that they would not watch a gay kiss on the show (Chuck's), I'm guessing that's the reason for the lack of physical Eric/Jonathan love, as Chuck's kiss was plot-central (slightly).
  11. What Did You Think of This Evening's Gossip Girl?

I honestly didn't mind the similar storyline on the O.C., in which Marissa almost returned. At that point in the series, I was grateful for anything that was drama-clever, as opposed to drama-heavy.

If Bart Bass is alive permanently, as some people are suspecting, I suppose it might explain the secret society storyline that was dropped, but come on... just, no. If done well, it could work.
  12. What Did You Think of This Evening's Gossip Girl?

Jkay, simply hilarious. Love the conspiracy blog by the way.
  13. What Did You Think of This Evening's Gossip Girl?

Hm, I can't believe those sls ended so abruptly, and with such little closure. I guess that has just come to be a marker of season 3 though.

Yes, more NJBC is a definite for heightening my love of GG again.

Speaking of spoilers, have you heard that Bart Bass may be coming back from the dead? That is the latest rumor..
  14. What Did You Think of This Evening's Gossip Girl?

Randomly, does anyone know if the Georgina, Carter and Bree storylines are done? I could have sworn they were slated for more episodes than they appeared in, but perhaps my count was off..?
  15. What Did You Think of This Evening's Gossip Girl?

Oh, I am also totally enjoying a happier Nate. His facial expressions were killing me! I really feel he has such great chemistry with Dan in terms of friendship.
  16. What Did You Think of This Evening's Gossip Girl?

I am in total agreement, SimplyShelby. Serena and Blair need to focus on their actual friendship for a bit- they haven't really gotten to that point yet this season.

I generally liked this week's episode, however, I feel the drama is getting a little stale. Dumping yogurt on Jonathan? So season one. Pelting Jonathan with eggs? Tame. Come on, Little J, you can do better as queen.
  17. Gossip Girl Spoilers: A Blair-Serena Fight

What I'm tired of is people not being entitled to an opinion anymore. Personally, I think there has been a bit of a creative funk, but that won't stop me from watching. GG has been through slumps before. Not to say that I disagree with people who are loving or entirely hating this season... I just wish the boards were a bit more positive like they used to be. Now all it is is personal attacks (not in this particular thread, just what I've been seeing). It makes me not even want to share anything.

Still, I do somewhat love some Blair-Serena dramz, but I don't feel the girls have had enough air time together this season to warrant it. I have really been missing that facet of the show, in which the girls actually rely on each other. I know it shows their growth and independence to have storylines separate from one another, but those two stated they were family to each other in last season's prom episode. I need to see some more of that before they quarrel again.
  18. What Did You Think of This Week's Gossip Girl?

    Elise, exactly.

It says something when my 50 year old mother thinks that the show is getting boring.
  19. What Did You Think of This Week's Gossip Girl?

I am getting severely annoyed this season. I keep waiting for major things to improve, such as things that marked the show before, but they don't.

Gossip Girl just doesn't seem like itself. It used to be fun, edgy, and sexy. Gossip Girl drove the action of the show, and besides a reference or two, she is nowhere to be found!

It seems like nobody is friends with each other anymore. Serena used to have this unwavering devotion to taking care of Blair's idiosyncrasies, and at most, all they do is exchange an occasional phone call.

Furthermore, the plot with Carter was extremely anticlimactic, it didn't pack the punch that I thought it would.

Please, show some actual college events- I feel like the cast is just hanging out there. Classes have started, but none of the drama that comes with college is there.

Dear Lord, Gossip Girl, please stop relying on guest stars to pull the weight of the show, style Blair's hair for once, and let Blair actually come out on top for one time in her existence. That is all I ask.
  20. Gossip Girl Promo: "Enough About Eve"

Come on, it's just a kiss. Spoilers already indicate that it will cause a bit of tension for Chair, but it won't be the end. Ed Westwick gave an interview and stated that Josh surprises him with the kiss, so it's not like Chuck is deliberately getting down with a man. Give it a chance. I'm not dying to see it, but I'll still watch. Whatever the cause, it will be interesting at the least.
  21. Gossip Girl Spoilers: Serenate to Get Together!?

Dair is the end of Gossip Girl. When this happens, the writers will have officially lost all touch with Gossip Girl reality. They both hate everything the other stands for. I can deal with an on-off hilarious friendship, or a disgusted try like Pats mentions, but any real relationship? No. No. No!

Also, Serenate will be cute. I'm willing to see where it goes.
  22. This Evening's Gossip Girl: What Did You Think?

I can't believe I'm saying it, but I actually missed Hilary in this episode. I think the blackmailing/crazy Georgina factor could have been much more dramatic with Hilary as witness. I still love GG, but I feel they need to kick it up a notch or two.

Actually, I'm kind of looking forward to a little Serenate. I was impartial before, but NJBC would be sort of interesting... until it somehow got ruined. I wish things would just be perfect forever, hah.

Also, please fix Blair's hair and makeup. It's all I ask. It's getting to be very non-character and just plain dowdy.
  23. Gossip Girl Threesome Update: More Clues

I really don't think it's Vanessa due to this clue:

One of the participants is not someone you would expect to film a threesome.

Vanessa's a filmmaker, so she seems eliminated from the possibilities.

Chair bashers just make me laugh anymore. Obviously, the haters are in the minority. Sorry!
  24. Gossip Girl Spoilers: Threesome Alert!

I really doubt this information would have appeared if it is really as straightforward as a threesome. Obviously, we are supposed to speculate about it and drum up publicity and so on and so forth.

That said, I don't think it's going to be a threesome for the sake of just sex. There's going to be some sort of a twist- dream sequence, scheme, or otherwise.

I have a bad feeling it involves Blair and Chuck and their "trust issues" that are supposedly coming due to the gay kiss. Let's hope it doesn't rip their relationship to shreds or cause some insane dysfunction. However, I really think it will tie into something else.

If not Chuck and Blair, Olivia/Dan/Georgina would be interesting because Georgie is quite the blackmailing manipulative nut, but I don't think she will be around that long. Carter/Bree/Nate would also be interesting in terms of their connections, but again, same time problem.

Also, Nate/Blair/Chuck? Keep dreaming. Gossip Girl has been known to make its twists and turns, but that is just impossible due to past storylines. When have Nate and Chuck ever wanted to share Blair?
  25. Gossip Girl Forum: "The Lost Boy"

I thought it was a solid episode. Not disappointing, not amazing. Several parts were slow-moving, others I was most definitely intrigued.

I was grateful to see the characters entwining more in this episode, what with the Carter/Bree, Scott/Georgina factors.

I did enjoy the photograph plot line- admittedly, I did not see that coming. Cute, but I want to see Chair just a little bit spicier. Hopefully things will pick up a bit by next episode.

Scott and Vanessa's acting was heinous this week- I actually laughed out loud. This is a scenario that has been dragged out for 3/4 of the year, and all Vanessa can manage is a tame "Oh my God?"

I fear Hilary Duff will only add more to the laugh factor next week. Ugh. Tyra? Double ugh. Oh GG, stop with the fame-****ring please.
