If it is about Chuk having a new girlfriend, then Blair wouldn't use Nate to make him jealous. He's to involved with Serena at the moment. Aswell as being in love with Chuk. Besides, Chuk sort of promised he'd wait for her at his Bass Hotel party. I doubt hell have a new girlfriend, and if he does i doubt it'll be this soon.
