shes running trying to get her to stay back so she can teach her to be a better surgeon. she's willing to give owen to her. i find that so uplifting in her part. she's becoming a doctor...putting love aside...

I think she is running because Owen is having a PSTD event and is going to save him. I believe that Teddy is going to witness her helping him and seeing that he does loves her, but he needs her in more ways than she thinks.
