Liz has a lot on her mind with everything that went down. Mr. Kaplan dead. Red's empire destroyed. Tom gone. She'll depend on Red, but Red will also be depending on her.
Even though his empire is gone, Red is having a good time with Liz. Perhaps they are celebrating the revelation that he is indeed her father. Maybe they're celebrating that Mr. Kaplan is no longer in their lives.
