It's actually illegal in North America to pose nude before the age of 18, Europe is a different story though. I know plenty of young models, you don't have to pose sexually that young. It's a choice and no one can force you to do anything you feel uncomfortable with (not even while under contract) a decade ago it was a different story. Taylor has given permission to use her image this way, which I find odd because her most famous character represents purity. It's just too bad, she's too talented to end up washed up because of bad publicity.

She's a MODEL as in a fashion model my goodness! watch ANTM you can see them there totally naked. And for those who are commenting that they are also 15 and that they'll never gonna do that let me ask you a question. Are you a fashion model too that there would be a need for you to make that pose?!

Hmm...Funny that they made a huge deal about the Miley Cyrus topless picture and nothing of this ?! And mileys even a year OLDER than taylor, WTF is wrong with people ?!??? omg.

It just cracks me up, and alarms me in more ways than one, how this picture makes TM look like she's psychotic and has a weird liking for pups. Seriously, it looks like she's just about to eat the little things..:))

I agree with some of the comments about Taylor Momsen, this is pure trash, no offense to others that think differently. I'm not here to start an internet cat fight.
I also agree that while gossip girl has many sexual themes that the characters remain classy throughout the show. Blair has a pretty... Active sexual life but she is a very classy dresser, even the "wild" Serena dresses fairly conservatively. No Paris Hiltons on this show. Taylor either needs to slow down or drift out this show entirely, at least until she get's a grip. She has to realize that fans know how old she is and relax on the sexual poses. Leighton Meester and Blake Lively, the LEADS on this show are very classy woman that are aware of their influence and are appropriate in public view. I wish Miley Cyrus and others (after all she may be the biggest but not the only one out there) with tween fan bases would get that and be more discrete.

I don't know why she isn't getting flamed to pieces when Miley Cyrus got torn apart. I don't like Miley Cyrus, either, but God, this is just so inappropriate.
I agree with Blair Cornelia Archibald, she's the same age as me and I would so never do that. It's not setting a bad example for young girls, she's showing them how stupid they would look if they did something like that!
