@ It's Mrs. Draper To You I don't think the PRs of Harry Winston care about trolling the GG fandom. Their only interest is advertising their product, which means they would never associate it with something that represents a failure. An engagement ring (the Classic Winston Ring in this case) is not supposed to be used for closure. I'm pretty confident that they made sure they knew about the finale outcome before having Ed and Leighton attend the event.
