- Tommy works on Charles but he doesn't have a pulse and she declares him beyond resusciation.
- Tommy makes dinner for her kids and tells him that she will take some time off of work and spend it with them. She can't bring herself to tell them about their father.
- Tommy asks Grace and Judd to watch for the girls but she doesn't tell them anything about charles.
- She goes to the coroner's office to find out the cause of death.
- Owen runs into Tommy at the hospital. Tommy doesn't share anything.
- She has flashbacks to the IVF time.
- Grace and Judd talk about their baby.
- Tommy meets a father named George who is upset about his son, Ethan. They bond over their feelings.
- Tommy helps George go spend time with his son, Ethan. George pulls out a gun at the hospital. He wants his ex to not pull the plug on their son.
- Owen's doctor/former doctor asks him out. They hear the code violet. Hostage situation.
- George spends time with his son. Owen calls Tommy, and she tells him that George is using a toy gun and she wants to talk him down. She asks Owen to buy her some time.
- Owen calls Judd and tells her about Tommy in a standoff with George.
- Grace calls the 911 operator and listens to the call. They find out that Charles is dead and that's why Tommy has seemingly snapped.
- Owen stops the SWAT team from breeching. He goes in and talks to Owen.
- George's son Ethan wakes up, and he's happy. George gets arrested but he's happy.
- Tommy finally breakds down.
- The coroner tells her that it was an aneurysm and it's nothing that she could've done. It happend fast.
- Tommy goes to getthe girls and still doesn't say anythnig.
- Owen and team clean up the station.
