It's off to Russia on this episode of Arrow.

Roy has intel for Oliver, but he donned the red hood again.

Oliver is pounding the crap out of thugs in the street when Lance arrives and arrests him.

Diggle is captured during the operation and he learns Amanda Waller of A.R.G.U.S. wants him to help find Lyla Michaels in Russia. She was looking for Deadshot.

When Lance learns Roy was working for The Arrow he releases him from custody.

Oliver tells Diggle they will go to Russia to find Lyla.

Flashback: Oliver confronts Sara and meets Dr. Ivo, telling him his name is Tommy.

Flashback: Dr. Ivo is after a Japanese submarine that holds stem cell research decades ahead of its time.

When Isabel discovers Oliver is taking the company jet to Moscow, she decides to go along.

Isabel accuses Oliver of hiring Felicity as his assistant because they're having a fling and says Felicity's skirts are too short.

Moira's attorney tells Thea she has to end her relationship with Roy because of how it looks to the public with regard to Moira's parenting skills.

Diggle tells Felicity that Lyla is more than a friend; she was his wife.

Diggle enters the Gulag as a prisoner to try to free Lyla.

Thea breaks up with Roy.

Flashback: Sara tells Oliver about what happened after the Gambit sank, and he tells her he has to warn his friends. They show Shado trying to care for a badly burned Slade.

Oliver gets to the Queen Consolidated meeting late, and arrives to Isabel having shots.

After a fight in the Gulag, Diggle comes face to face with Deadshot.

Isabel and Oliver share vodka and sex. Felicity is unimpressed and hurt.

Flashback: It's revealed the man in the cage next to Oliver's on the ship is the man currently helping him in Russia. Sara takes Oliver to a radio to try to contact his friends. She set him up.

Deadshot leads Diggle to Lyla so that he can piggyback on his escape plan.

Diggle learns that his brother's death wasn't an accident - he was the target. H.I.V.E. (Hierarchy of International Vengeance and Extermination) contracted Deadshot to kill him.

Moira calls Thea and Roy to prison to tell them she won't be the cause of their breakup and to stay together.

Diggle and Lyla spend the night together.

Diggle searches for H.I.V.E. on Bing.

Felicity asks Oliver why he slept with Isabel and tells him that he deserves better than her.

Flashback: Sara tells Dr. Ivo not to shoot "Tommy" because he can still be useful. He says she is right and calls him Oliver.
