The Green Arrow goes after several of Diaz's corrupted cops as he is looking for him. In a matter of seconds, he is surrounded by Diaz and a squad of cops.

Ten hours earlier, Oliver and Felicity are watching the news coverage of Oliver's coming impeachment. Felicity doesn't think Oliver should go out there alone and suggest that maybe Diggle has changed his mind.

Diggle suddenly appears as he needs to get his chip checked. But Felicity uses this opportunity to try and get the two of them to work out their issues.

With all the pressure coming down on him, Oliver accidentally lashes out on William. This pushes him away from Oliver and Felicity asks that they take some space from each other.

Quentin goes to see Oliver who talks to him about what happened. After Quentin leaves, Adrian Chase emerges to Oliver's surprise.

The two begin to fight as Adrian shoots him. Oliver gets him in a headlock and kills him. But as Oliver kills him, something is off as Adrian appears again and breathing.

Oliver realizes what is going on as he knows that he is hallucinating. Somehow, he has been drugged with something. He begins to run tests on himself to figure out what it is that is in his system.

Adrian continues to try and psych him out. It is revealed that he was drugged by Vertigo.
