... Back working at the hospital, Alison is taken aback to find Sofie back in town for a checkup. When she runs into Aaron minutes later, she guesses it's because of Sofie but he denies knowing she was back...

... Cole brings Sofie to Gary and she asks who the adopting couple is. Gary shows them a photo "Alan and Lori Davis," a couple supposedly from Chicago. Barbara gives Gwen and Will the good news that she's found a baby for them to adopt...

... Carly (Maura West) defends what she did and claims she wanted to tell Jack about the misdiagnosis. He points out that she didn't tell him and declares that he doesn't love her. As she badgers him with excuses, Jack realizes she told the kids she was healthy...

... Jack (Michael Park) wonders what she has become and runs out, driving off as Carly offers to do anything to bring him back. Brad tries to kiss her but Katie jumps away and explains that she's got to get on with her life without a man kissing her and making things better...

... The two decide to have a picnic in the hotel suite but as Brad gives her a neck rub, Jack arrives and is shocked that she knew Carly was lying and was going to allow him to marry her. Katie (Terri Colombino) accuses him of being with Carly because she's the wife he really wanted...

... Carly takes her kids home where Parker argues with J.J. and Sage about Carly's lies. He points out to Carly that she promised she would never lie again. Brad thanks Carly for not telling anyone that he knew the truth. Later, Katie asks Brad to stay the night...
