... After Lisa remarks about her strange speech problem, Barbara confesses she has cancer. Hearing she hasn't told anyone, Lisa pleads with her friend to tell her family. Catching Casey outside Gwen (Jennifer Landon) and Will's place, Alison brings him inside where he gets a warm welcome...

... Backing off from holding the baby, Casey confides to Will how everything has changed since he was in prison. Will advises him to give it time and realize that he will fit in again. Uncomfortable, Casey almost runs from the place which Alison notices...

... When he bumps into Lisa, though, she quickly hires Casey. At the Lakeview, Lisa explains to her newest employee how to deal with the tips. Barbara stops by Will and Gwen's place to tell them her secret but opts not to after they introduce her to her granddaughter for the first time...

... Tired of his games, Katie hands Brad a pair of crutches and tries to kick him out, reminding him his 24 hours of rest is over. However, it's Katie who walks out angry, leaving Vienna to warn him to commit to being with Katie (Terri Colombino) or stop his scheming...

... Brad calls Katie and lies that he fell and needs her help. But when she runs from him again, Vienna promises Brad that Katie will end her fear and commit to him. Asking Carly and Jack to give her time alone, Dr. Seidman chats with Parker and then pulls the parents in for therapy of their own...

... Cowboy Jack urges Sam to get rid of Parker if he wants Carly. As Carly stops by the club and laments what's happened to her sister, Sam quickly hugs her. Sam offers Carly a beer and then leans in to kiss her...
