A news show is reporting a blaze at an NYPD storage facility. Baez hopes they didn't lose any evidence. Danny says DNA evidence has been destroyed that connects Diego Rodriguez to some murders.

Anthony asks a guy about a robbery. The man says Freddie James did it. Anthony confronts James but gets nowhere.

At an anti-cop protest, a guy throws a bottle at Eddie's partner. She says to ignore it as the protestors are trying to start a fight. She walks away and a protester shoves her. Eddie arrets the protester who gets overdramatic and pretends Eddie hurt her.

The FDNY marshal doesn't want Jamie involved in his investigation. Jamie isn't having it.

Garrett fills Frank in. He thinks Eddie should be on modified duty. Sid thinks that this is ridiculous. Frank says they need to know the whole story first. Eddie shows up and says she should be put on modified duty for all their good. Frank is confused. Eddie doesn't want it to appear like she has influence with Frank as perception is that he's playing favorites even though he's not.

Danny goes to see Rodriguez who gloats but also apologizes to the threats against Danny's sons. He also says the world is a lot safer without the people he executed. He says he sells clean drugs. Also the case is in the past and Danny should let it go.

Anthony tells Erin his friend who he helped get a dispensary license is dead and he believes Freddie James did it. He wants to work on the case. Erin says they are in crisis and she can't spare him. Anthony says his friend wasted three years for something that became legal and took a bullet now. Erin says okay.

The warehouse supervisor is rude to Jamie and says no one gave him what he needed to keep the place safe. An employee says Martin was like that before the fire. The employee doesn't know anything but is upset about what happened.

Danny goes to see a guy named Moses whose men were killed by Rodriguez.  Moses implies he okayed the executions and that Rodriguez was punishing those who messed with the product.

Anthony is angry that Erin didn't grant him a warrant. She says she needs him in the office and that motive is not evidence.

Eddie comes to see Frank again. She's been cleared of all wrongdoing. However, the girl is suing the city claiming that Eddie incapacitated her. The CCRB wants to investigate on their own and Frank feels he can't overrirde them because it is a conflict of interest. Sid wants to put a team on the victim to see if she was really hurt. Eddie asks if Frank would do that if she wasn't a member of the family.

Danny says the security cameras were disables but someone screwed up and they got a print of Juan Lopez who refused to name Rodriguez as an accomplice.

Anthony talks to a woman who might have witnessed the murder. She was holding Matthew's hand when he was dying. A child interrupts that she's hungry. Anyway the woman doesn't want to help identify the shooter but changes her mind.

Danny approaches Lopez who is uncooperative but agrees to give up Rodriguez.

The witness claims not to recognize anyone. She tells Anthony that someone threatened her daughter.

Jamie talks to the employee again who talked to him before. However the guy doesn't want to accuse anyone. He says Martin was recently suspended for altering time cards and said they messed with the wrong guy and felt like burning the place to the ground.

Henry and Frank talk about Eddie's case. Henry says that when Frank got his gold shield he ignored pressure to put it off. He also says the woman's performance is Oscar worthy and that she's a professional grifter. However, Frank won't have her tailed because it'll look like favoritism.

Danny is thrilled he got Lopez to flip. However, he gets a call that Lopez is dead.

Jamie talks to Martin who says he was trying to help out an employee who was late because of chemo. Another employee made threats but he thought he was blowing smoke.

Someone takes pictures of the protester taking off her neck brace and changing a tire.

At dinner Eddie says her lawyer said it's a bad time to be accused of police brutality. Everyone in the Reagan family has stories including Danny who says he ahd a supervisor who gave him special treatment and did all his cases for him.

Erin asks Anthony about a case. She heard about the witness and says she was in a difficult position. What is he going to do now? Anthony says there's no case and Erin said they are hemorraging cases. Erin says since when has he ever listened to her?

Danny comes to see Rodriguez who says it is a shame that Lopez isn't around to testify. Danny claims he will be able to testify to what Lopez told him. Rodriguez says you never give up when you should. Danny says he will talk about Rodriguez on the stand. He leaves.

Danny gets in his car and drives off.  The hit man follows. Danny grabs his gun but the bad guys have automatic rifles. The cops come while Danny ducks and pretends he was shot. He tells Baez she certainly took her time. He says she gave him the idea.

Jamie is waiting for the employee. He says the guy wanted to be warehouse supervisor. The man admits he was disappointed. Jamie says they got a warrant and found all the materials for the fire. He thought he'd start the fire and then put it out he'd be the hero and get the promotion. Jamie arrests him.

Freedie James robs another dispensary Anthony shows up and ends up shooting James.

Rodriguez thinks he's being released and is shocked to find Danny walking in. They exchange words and Rodriguez is re-arrested. He says Danny can't win this fight.

Eddie comes in and tells Frank she was cleared by CCRB.  She doesn't know what happened but the case was dropped.. She says Jamie always talked about Frank. Now she knows what it's like to have Frank as a dad. Frank says he did disappear in all this.  She doesn't believe him.

Frank and Eddie go to see Henry who is fixing a toaster. Henry says it's about time those morons got it right. Frank says SOMEONE photographed the protester changing a tire without a neck brace. Henry sidesteps the question.  He says back in the day when somehting was broken you just fixed it and then there was no need to talk about it anymore.
