Recap
-Jamie and Renzulli responsd to a 911 call about a armed robbery at a church. When they arrive church security won't allow them entry and throw them down a flight of stairs, almost starting a riot.
-Reverend Potter criticizes Frank's policies in predominately black neighborhoods and spins the story saying that the police are harassing his church.
-Danny and Jackie find that the 911 call was a hoax. There was no robbery in progress.
-The Mayor pressures Frank to negotiate with the Reverend. Franks will only do so if the Reverend gives up the men who assaulted his police officers. Tensions escalate.
-The investigation finds that the Reverend set up the phony 911 call to generate publicity and the story is leaked to the press.
