Torrio returns from his holiday and Capone fills him in on what transpired while he was away. Gillian puts on the face of a grieving mother but shows her teeth when Nucky comes to pay his respects. Gillian cuts her ties with Lucky and gives Rosetti some valuable news. Nucky and Billie have a falling out. They make up only to be caught in an explosion on the boardwalk.
