Principal Snyder forces Buffy to help out at parent-teacher night. He parents her with a bad girl and threatens trouble if they don't make it a special night.

A new, dangerous enemy arrives in Sunnydale and runs over the town sign.

Spike and Drusilla introduce themselves to the Anointed One. They plot to kill Buffy as long as the Anointed One's minions don't get in the way.

Joyce finds a reminder for the parent-teacher conference. She asks Buffy why she wasn't told about this sooner. Joyce plans to attend the night.

Giles and Jenny warn Buffy about the Night of St. Vigis. They think a massacre is soon coming, but Buffy is more worried about parent-teacher night.

Sheila arrives late during the prep at school. Snyder threatens to expel her, but Buffy covers for her.

At The Bronze, Spike stalks the Scoobies as they dance. He lures her into a trap with a vampire to learn about her Slayer abilities. She stakes the vampire and Spike threatens to kill her.

Spike lures Sheila away after killing her two dates. He gives her to Drusilla to feed on.

During parent-teacher night, Willow and Buffy try to keep Joyce away from Principal Snyder. Their plan doesn't work as he corners her.

As they're about to leave the school, Spike and some vampires break in to attack early. The group, and several innocent bystanders, are forced to hide in classrooms.

Buffy climbs into the ceiling and falls into the library. She arms herself with weapons in case.

One of the parents is pulled through a window in the classroom. He is killed.

Sheila joins up with Buffy and carries her axe. Sheila has become a vampire. After Buffy kills another vampire, Sheila runs away in fear.

Angel uses Xander as bait to lure Spike in. Spike knows Angel and wants to feed with him. However, Spike is onto Angel and knows he is lying.

Buffy and Spike fight in the hallways. Joyce knocks Spike over her axe.

The police arrive to clear things. They agree to cover up the crimes.

Spike turns on the Anointed One. He traps him in a cage and lifts him up to sunlight. The Anointed One is dead.
