Chuck discovers that Russian arms dealers at meeting in Los Angeles and one of the Russian women, Ilsa Trinchina (Ivana Milicevic) flashes for him as Casey's ex.  Chuck pesters Casey about their past.  When Chuck learns that this woman is set to marry one of the arms dealers, Chuck insists that Casey fight for her.  Meanwhile, Devon and Ellie hit a tough point in their relationship.
