When a drug addict comes into the ER, Emily is made the laughingstock of the hospital after a failed attempt to restrain him during treatment results in a rather unpleasant photograph being taken by one of the other doctors.

Emily treats the drug addict and a little boy who needs a liver transplant. Neither of his parents are a match. Micah adds Emily to his mother's case and Emily gives her test results that Micah had been keeping from her.
