Judge Byrne grilled Seth in the courtroom for trying to have a man sent to jail for 10 years for carrying 57 grams of drugs. 

Seth turned to Roger who said there was no way they would be able to close the case. Byrne then said that he would even go as far as telling the jury about the 10 year sentence. 

It was then revealed that Byrne was working on a case and sent a man away who was later killed. He had no option but to sentence Rodrigo to ten years behind bars. 

Allison worked a case that involved a man being sent away for forging wine, but she managed to prove the man was just trying to get some people back for their actions and got him an exclusive gig figuring out the truth about wines. 

Meanwhile, Leonard questioned whether his mother was a criminal when he worked on a case involving a congressman who was having an affair. 

His mother wanted him to keep quiet about the case, and even told him to stay out of it when it emerged that she was hiding big donor payments from those closest to her.
