The leader of Family First, Denise, decides to run against Beth. Needing cash, the ladies invite donors to the strip club to solicit money. Later, Rio takes the cash from her.

Annie helps Nancy, who is spiraling after losing her business. She later spends some time at the apartment with Kevin and declares him a good guy, which prompts Annie to make a move on him.

Denise blackmails Beth with the knowledge of Dean’s legal issues. After meeting with Phoebe, Beth realizes she can’t back out of the race, and she visits Denise with Mick in tow. He wrecks her house, and she gets Denise to drop out of the race.

Beth returns home and discovers that Rio has returned all of her belongings. He later stops by and returns her campaign money as well. Vance spots him as he’s leaving the Boland household late at night.
