Cullen retaliates by preventing food from being given out.

Chang tries to become a partner in the business, but Cullen refuses.

Chang prepares to take the food by force, but Tao works with Cullen to get the dead bodies of the Chinese back home as a token of good will.

The workers get back to work.

The Swede continues to work with Phineas.
