Wes goes to see his former therapist, as he wants to remember what happened the night his mother died. 

Flashbacks reveal that Rose was hauled in to immigration and Eve was there to convince her to testify, in exchange for staying in the country.

Annalise and Eve have a rocky reunion, as the discuss Annalise's pregnancy and their previous breakup.

Rose eventually agrees to testify, however, she attempts to leave town with Wes. Wes runs out of the car and Rose returns to her apartment. Annalise shows up to talk to her and Rose proceeds to stab herself in the neck. Annalise leaves right before Wes comes home to find his mother. 

In the present day, Annalise decides to turn over the laptop containing the emails from Philip to the DA's office, in exchange for immunity. After a botched search warrant, the team is granted immunity. 

Annalise goes to Wes's apartment to talk to him, but finds out he has gone to visit Eve. Philip then grabs Annalise before she can leave.
