At a frat party, a student is repeatedly stabbed to death. When Liv and Ravi show up at the crime scene, Ravi finds Utopium vials on the floor.

Blaine plans to take over the Utopium trade in the city, but his lackeys doubt that they can move in on Mr. Boss' territory.

Liv and Babineaux find out that Chad was a bit of a prankster, and some of his meaner pranks might have driven another student to murder him. After checking the party's instagram feed, Babineaux figures out that someone in a Blue Fuzzy Bear costume was the murderer.

Ravi runs tests on Major for cure research, and he asks Major to watch him while he takes Utopium to check for side effects.

Liv crashes the fraternity's party in honor of Chad, hoping to find some clues, but she gets sidetracked by party games. Eventually she finds out that Chad won a contest for who could bring the ugliest girl to a party. 

At a club, Major and Ravi take Utopium, and Liv ends up having to pick Major up after he passes out in the bathroom.

The ugliest girl, Paulette, comes into the station for interrogation, but she doesn't seem to know about the competition.

At the morgue, Ravi's latest body delivery turns out to be the dealer he bought Utopium from, whose throat has been slit.

Speedy, Blaine's dealer, freaks out after all four of their  dealers get killed by Mr. Boss. Blaine reassures him that he's safe, but it's an empty promise.

Blaine visits the DA, who also happens to be a zombie, and urges him to go after Mr. Boss. He goes to see his father and reveals that his mother committed suicide and his father was his first zombie victim. He then asks for money to help fund the political attacks on Mr. Boss.

Liv finds out the murder was just a case of mistaken identity, and the murderer was looking for revenge on his father's hit and run death. 

Major starts taking Utopium to help him deal with the guilt of killing zombies.
