Law & Order: SVU Season 23 Episode 22 revolves around relationships.

Benson's therapist thinks she needs to explore her feelings for Stabler and also that she needs to go after the happiness she deserves. Meanwhile, SVU ends up dealing with an abused woman who continually finds reasons to ask her abuser to come over or to go to his place but wants him to leave her alone.

Rollins seems to get attached to Deliah, encouraging her to leave her abuser and giving her her phone number for emergencies. Eventually, the cops call. Deliah has stabbed Ty in the back.

Deliah is arrested and gets a public defender who has no time to help her. Benson is desperate for a lawyer for this woman and Rollins calls Barba.

Barba tries to make the case that Deliah snapped as a result of all the abuse and that's why she killed her husband, while Carisi tries to prosecute her for killing Ty.

Meanwhile, Barba seems almost desperate to get Benson to forgive him for defending Wheatley, but Benson won't let go of her anger or even talk to him.

Law & Order: SVU Season 23 Episode 22 Quotes

Benson's Therapist: Oh, Olivia, everyone's depressed now. We've talked a lot about what you want, what you like. I'd like you to ask another question.
Benson: What's that?
Benson's Therapist: What you deserve. You deserve happiness, Olivia Benson.

Woman: You're not supposed to be here, Ty.
Ty: This is my apartment. I'm your husband. There's no one else here to see your little victim act.
