The episode opened with Nate meeting with Victor in jail, where Victor explained that he had been planning to get Nate back for sending him to jail.
Victor and Latimer had been working together, Victor had told Latimer about what jobs Nate would take and Latimer had made millions in the process. As Parker, Hardison, and Eliot tried to break into Latimer’s office, they were caught because Latimer had installed safeguards specifically against them.
Nate and the team recruited people who Latimer would not know and working with Nate and the team they managed to shut down Latimer’s dam and arrange it so that Latimer would have to go before Congress.
Meanwhile Nate arranged it so that Victor, Latimer, and Nate were all in the same spot at the edge of the dam with Nate planning on shooting one (or both) of them for his father’s death. Seeing his team he realized he was better than them and put the gun down on the edge, when Latimer and Victor went for the gun, their struggled carried them over the edge and Nate went back to his team.
