Megan is confused about what she wants to do with her life. She is good at advertising but has always wanted to be an actress. After lying to Don about going to an audition, she confesses, and tells him she wants to do it full time. He agrees to let her quit Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce, and she says her goodbyes at the company.
Pete’s friend on the train, Howard, tells him about the affair he’s having in the city. When Pete gets off the train one night, Howard’s wife is there waiting for her husband, and she locked herself out of her car. Pete gives her a ride home and they have sex. He wants to continue the affair but she doesn’t allow it.
