SCDP has the option of going public, but that offer is removed from the table when Don breaks things off with the jerk from Jaguar.  It all falls apart when Pete runs into his father-in-law at a whore house, which loses the agency its Vicks account.

Meanwhile, Roger gets the agency a sit down with Chevy after wheeling and dealing his way with an exec at the airport.  Both SCDP and CGC realize they are too small to be taken seriously with a company like Chevy, so Don and Ted decide to merge.
