Major Crimes Season 4 Episode 20 picks up the case after the detectives find a Uzi in Reverend Price's altar. Rather than being the end of the case, this is just the beginning.

The good news is ballistics tests show that this gun was used in all three murders. However, the detectives are no closer to solving the murders than before. Interviewing Price gets them nowhere, and Sykes is assigned to tailing Mark Hickman. After an obnoxious exchange, Hickman gives her a lead: check out which gang members were absent from the trial.

Meanwhile, Tao and Provenza's investigation leads them to Emile Fisher, the ex con who shared a cell with Price. Fisher claims not to know who Tamika is, which is a lie, but is shocked and upset when after being caught in the lie he is told that she is dead. Fisher will not give up any more information.

Hickman becomes a pain, threatening to expose his relationship with Sykes if he is taken downtown, then basically accusing all the cops of being incompetent. Tao gets into a fight with him which yields important info but Raydor is not happy with his behavior.

Meanwhile, Rusty finds out that his mom's ex is dangerous and recently was involved in an armed robbery. SIS tries to protect him, but they find something shocking in Sharon Beck's apartment while Provenza and Tao find something equally shocking in a suspect's apartment...
