Elliot races against time to prevent Dark Army from completing the final phase of their Stage 2 plan to blow up the Evil Corp recovery record facility. Unfortunately, Angela's request to Philip Price to fire Elliot has gone through, and security scours the building for Elliot in order to terminate his employment and kick him out of the building before he can do any more interference.

Elliot manages to evade them for a while, until they finally find him and kick him out.

Outside the building, a massive protest is happening. Elliot finds Darlene, who has been trying to get ahold of him all morning. She confesses that she is working with the FBI and that Angela appears to be working with Mr. Robot, Tyrell, and the Dark Army. Elliot is upset and feels betrayed.

Suddenly, the riot bursts into the Evil Corp building and wrecks it completely. Angela hides in her office but gets a call from Irving, telling her to find Elliot and have him enact the final piece of cyberhacking needed for Stage 2. Unable to find Elliot, Angela does it all herself, managing to evade capture or being attacked by the rioters and Dark Army chaos agents.

In the final moments, having completely her mission, Angela comes face to face with Elliot, who made it back into the building. "Is there something you want to tell me?" he asks.
