Years ago, when David was still a shepherd, Anna helped him defeat the evil Bo Peep and find his courage to fight back and to live life instead of just survive it. 

Else makes an ice wall around Storybrooke so that no one can leave until she finds Anna. When she gets startled, Emma and she get stuck inside. Elsa and Emma bond over their powers and how little they can control them. 

David and Hook work together to try and save Emma. David helps Elsa make a hole in the wall when he explains how he knows her sister and that they will help find her. Later, they take Bo Peep's (now the butcher of Storybrooke) staff which should help them track down Anna because it branded her back in the Enchanted Forest.

The town want's Mary Margaret to be mayor when the power goes out. Sleep deprived with her new son, she yells at them when they whine about the lack of power but she figures out how to get it back on. 

Regina cancels her time with Henry because she's pining for Robin Hood. Henry decides to go to her anyway. He's not giving up on either of his mothers.

At the Storybrooke ice cream parlor the proprietor seems to have powers similar to Elsa's.
