Everyone heads to the hospital as Haley and Chloe go into labor at the same time.  Many of the characters have flash backs to earlier times, remembering some of the major moments that led them to where they are now.

Clay and Quinn are taking care of Jamie while Haley is in labor, and Jamie makes a book for his new baby sister.  The baby, Lydia Bob Scott, is born as she and mother Haley are both healthy and happy.

Brooke and Julian wait as Chloe goes through her labor.  They can't wait to finally be parents, but it isn't that simple.  Chloe, who didn't want to raise the baby alone, decides to keep it for herself when her boyfriend comes back to help raise the child.
