Sir Malcolm asks Vanessa to try and reach Vanessa again and what she sees is a ship. Dorian asks Vanessa out for the afternoon and return she asks him to dinner. Brona is getting worse, but Ethan won't send her to an institution. While Vanessa and Dorian enjoy their night, Sir Malcolm, Ethan and Sambene investigate the ship and find a nest of vampires. The Master is there but escapes with Mina and uses a fire as a distraction. 

Meanwhile, Van Helsing tells Victor that vampires exist but insists they cannot tell Sir Malcolm. Before being able to elaborate, Caliban arrives and snaps his neck and once again demands that Victor deliver what he has promised. Vanessa and Dorian engage in sex involving knives and blood. The act sends Vanessa into a fit and she hears the Master's voice. She leaves Dorian and runs back home. When she arrives, she tries to speak to Sir Malcolm but is suddenly hit with another fit - her eyes rolling back into her head as she rises in the air - leaving Sir Malcolm in shock.
