On Quantico Season 2 Episode 1, Alex, Ryan, and other unsuspecting people are drafted into the Farm, the CIA's training facility. Once there, they have to pass a series of tests to even get the privilege of sticking around. Remember, nothing is as it seems.

For instance, Alex and Ryan are still both FBI. They didn't know it but CIA Director Matthew Keyes and Miranda Shaw recruited both of them to go undercover in the CIA. There's a group within the CIA who doesn't believe that laws forcing the agency to a certain level of accountability should be followed.

This group has a dangerous plan, and Miranda and Matthew want Ryan and Alex to find out who is running the group. All they know is that recruitment for the group happens at the farm, and they suspect the training director Owen Hall. 

One year later, terrorists have attacked a summit discussion whether or not to end global surveillance. They call themselves the Citizen's Liberation Front, and they are speaking Swahili and demanding criminals be pardoned and released.

Alex spots Jeremy Miller at the summit. He's a recruit she knew from the Farm who she apparently killed. Right before jumping out a window, Jeremy tells Alex that she is wrong about a lot of things.
